Fugazee

case study

Fugazee brand portrait

Fugazee launches new SKUs and collections every week.

Problem

Traditional photoshoots couldn’t keep pace, averaging 20 days per cycle, done in batches. That meant constant delays to their launch schedule and a hard cap on how many products they could actually get to market.

Approach

We stepped in with AI photoshoots for their website and AI UGC videos for their ads and social media. The moment a design is approved, it’s sent to us, and we plan and execute the full shoot in 24 hours.

We built this speed into a system, not a one-off: working closely with Fugazee’s internal team, we created systems that keep every shoot on-brand and distinct, while minimizing revision rounds, moving from approved design straight to finished shoot, with no batching and no waiting.

Turnaround time

What used to be a 20-day batch cycle is now a same-day turnaround, every time a product is ready. This shift isn’t just saving them time and money. It has unlocked Fugazee’s capacity to launch more SKUs, more often, every single week.
